Asian bedtime stories
I have this pet peeve where I hate people that purposely mix up the "L" and "R" in english words. This doesn't exists in the Chinese languages. What is your take on this?
AnonymousThe Japanese language does not have an actual “L” sound and instead they replace it with an “R” sound, which could be where the sterotype came from.
Also I just confirmed that Koreans have an interchangeable “R/L” sound.
And that certain parts of China do that too.
